Art & Graphic Design Programs
Brown Mackie College programs focus on balancing classroom instruction with hands-on experience for a well-rounded degree that prepares students for entry-level employment. In addition to curriculum-specific courses, all students receive general education in critical skills such as problem solving, analysis and communication. This blend of technical, professional, and general education prepares students for their careers now and in the future by imbuing in them the confidence and knowledge necessary to think creatively and take action to stay ahead of the pack.

Art and design programs are offered at the associate’s and diploma levels, depending on the location. Programs include:

Graphic Design (Associate of Applied Science)
Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions in mass communication fields. Curriculum focuses on the development of conceptual thinking and the arrangement of the artistic elements of a concept in conveying visual messages. Students gain expertise in drawing and design skills, the use of technology and computer programs, and creative problem solving and communication.
